Funny how the Kailasa Chaandan Mein video played with the audience's expectations. Initially I thought Pregnant Lady in Red was waiting for Vikas, aka Sameer, and the boy and girl were part of their flashback. Then I thought the video was telling two stories - the boy and girl's and the Pregnant Lady In Red/Sameer's and finally it turns out there were three threads going on! I felt so dissatisfied at not seeing a comfortable happy ending and yet pleased at having my expectations thwarted twice over the course of 4 min 15 seconds.

As for Teri Deewani, mere dimaag ka dahin hua hua hai is vaqt so copy/pasting from somewhere I talked about ti ages ago: I love how present blue and yellow are in the video, and the dance at dusk shots and how slightly creepy but well done the whole thing is and how after watching it thrice I'm still not sure I get everything! Did the other guy also jump off the cliff because if not and those bus scenes are from after the jump scene then woah o_o

She's Alive! Welcome back from wherever, yaar! Really missed your bubbly posts, and being able to tease with spoilers about Rory & Amy's ugly breakup

haha thanks! I've just been busy with work and research stuff and it doesn't help that I got addicted to some serial so any spare time I did have I spent watching that.

How brilliant is Doctor Who going by the way? I noticed that it started on Prime the other day even which is pretty cool. Can't wait for when I get around to marathoning it :D

How was the anniversary dinner? Did your other half and friends enjoy the songs?

Great to hear you've been able to get back into a serial! Our dinner was a huge success - the food was fantastic, everybody had a great time and, although the guests probably didn't pay much attention to the music, the staff obviously did. I left the CD there and when I popped in unannounced for takeaways a week later, it was playing. :)

Yay, that's wonderful. Glad your evening was such a success.

Hah! No better compliment than that, your song selection was so lovely that I'm not surprised. Definitely the kind of CD that would remain on repeat for eons and you'd still not tire of it.
